Kim recently shot Sonnet 110 as part of New York Shakespeare Exchange's The Sonnet Project with Black Box Productions. You can view the Sonnet on the Media page or here. The Rape of Lucrece
Kim performed in a staged reading of The Rape of Lucrece by Kevin Brewer and William Shakespeare with New York Shakespeare Exchange as Mirabelle.
On the project: One of William Shakespeare's few narrative poems gets a theatrical adaptation for the 21st Century. Resident Playwright Kevin Brewer weaves his own original text in with the soaring iambic pentameter of Shakespeare's language to create a piece that keeps one foot solidly planted in the Elizabethan ideal, while finding a powerful foothold in our contemporary world.

The Cleveland Play House Centennial Celebration
This fall Kim was asked to return to The Cleveland Play House to act in part of their Centennial Celebration weekend. She was delighted to return to the town she called home for three years while working on her Masters as well as see so many familiar and friendly faces. Happy 100 years to the Cleveland Play House! Mastodon presents 'an evening of cigarette plays'
With her production company Mastodon, Kim produced 'an evening of cigarette plays'. The evening consisted of eight original, never before produced works (all about as long as it takes to smoke a cigarette) and brought together a company of eight playwrights, fifteen actors and six directors (with some overlap) to make it a truly collaborative evening. Kim acted in an original piece by Jake Paque, and directed a piece by Rachel Lambert.
Along with original works, the evening included mingling, drinking and dancing & provided opportunities for new connections between the incredibly varied and expansive artistic community in New York City.

Kim recently starred in and produced the NY Premiere of Molly Smith Metzler's Elemeno Pea. The show ran at the Access Theatre to sold-out houses and enthusiastic audiences.
